Cała przestrzeń emanuje spokojem i prywatnością. Taras od północy jest przeszklony za pomocą 5 malowanych przesuwnych ścian szklanych, które w zależności od temperatury i wiatru można całkowicie zamknąć lub otworzyć. Całe otoczenie basenu, ogrodu i tarasu jest dyskretnie oświetlone, tworząc idealną atmosferę dla romantycznych letnich wieczorów. Atmosferę można dodatkowo uzupełnić muzyką według własnego wyboru za pomocą dużego głośnika.
Nad zadaszonym tarasem znajduje się otwarty taras z WIDOKIEM NA WZGÓRZA o powierzchni 45 m2. Znajdują się na nim leżaki do opalania i huśtawka do siedzenia, a krawędzie tarasu są obsadzone kwiatami. W ciągu dnia taras oferuje piękny widok na otaczające wzgórza, a nocą na gwiaździste niebo.
Willa posiada 3 duże pokoje z własnym łazienkami.
Pierwszy z nich, POKÓJ Z OLIWKAMI, z własną łazienką, znajduje się na parterze, podczas gdy pozostałe dwa, również z dużymi łazienkami, są na piętrze. Wszystkie trzy pokoje wyposażone są w duże łóżka king-size o wymiarach 210x200 cm, na których można wygodnie spać.
Na wschodniej stronie willi znajduje się POKÓJ ADRIATYCKI z jednym podwójnym łóżkiem, a na zachodniej stronie POKÓJ GALERIA, który posiada duże łóżko king-size i dwa pojedyncze łóżka o wymiarach 200x90cm. Jedno z nich znajduje się na galerii, a drugie pod nią. Każdy pokój wyposażony jest w szafę, krzesło i toaletkę, a w każdej łazience szafy ścienne z dużą ilością ręczników w trzech różnych rozmiarach, suszarką do włosów, mydłem do włosów i produktami pod prysznic.
Wszystkie pomieszczenia w domu, jak również część rekreacyjna, są w pełni klimatyzowane.

Pozostałą część wartości rezerwacji (75%) płaci się po przyjeździe do Villi, przelewem bankowym

Villa Four Seasons
Hello Friends,
we have already stayed with Dubravko and his lovely family 2 times. I have only just found the review page and would like to thank you in advance for everything. I can wholeheartedly recommend the villa and everything around it for any family holiday. We have already visited many travel destinations, but have rarely found such a beautiful spot on earth. In addition to the villa, the town and Makarska Bay are fantastic. Down on the beach at 35°C, enjoy the sun and the water and in the evening let the day come to an end in the very pleasant cool mountain air. In the morning in the pool to start the day and in the evening in the heated pool to end it - simply fantastic for parents and children. The little town is very quiet and very pleasant and you can find everything you need around it.
We will see you again in a few weeks and are looking forward to the third visit to this beautiful villa.

Villa Four Seasons
We had one of the most wonderful holidays at Villa Four Seasons. Our host, Dubravko, was incredibly accommodating, answering all our questions and fulfilling our requests even before our arrival. They made a special effort to prepare a baby cot and a high chair for us, so we didn’t have to bring extra luggage. Upon arrival, Dubravko welcomed us and gave us a tour of the entire house. The fridge was stocked with cold beer and a delicious platter of local delicacies, a much-appreciated treat after our long journey. Such thoughtful hospitality!
The accommodation is in a quiet, beautiful location offering complete privacy. We spent most of our time on the large terrace with a summer kitchen, right next to the pool. The interior also has a unique charm with wooden accents, local artwork, luxurious furnishings, and impeccable cleanliness. We loved that everything we needed was provided, from bed linens and towels, including pool towels, to cleaning supplies, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, laundry detergent, and mosquito repellents. The kitchen was stocked with spices, local olive oil, and more. We even had two powerful Bluetooth speakers at our disposal—very convenient as we didn’t need to bring these items with us.
Dubravko and his son Filip truly understand hospitality. Dubravko kindly offered to cook a delicious dinner for us in the fireplace, while Filip took us to a nearby viewpoint. The whole experience felt like next-level catering. They brought everything with them, including local wine and the traditional spirit - rakija ;)
Throughout our entire stay, everything went smoothly, and we are sure we will return.

Villa Four Seasons
Villa Four Seasons was absolutely fantastic choice for holiday stay!
Everything was exceptional from beginning when we were warmly welcome by Filip & Dubravko.
We were surprised with cheese & meat selection upon arrive as well as welcome pack of homemade olive oil, wine and local produce of traditional spirits to try.
They are very well prepared for guests with endless towels, bathroom products, cleaning products and more.
It is a peaceful place with all luxury amenities.
Another positive site is a close distance to grocery stores, farm stalls selling fresh fruit and vegetables, bakery, pharmacy, cafes & restaurants.
The hospitality we experienced from Filip and Dubravko was very special, they even cooked traditional dinner for us one evening.
Personality and attitude of the owners is absolutely amazing!
We will highly recommend Villa Four Seasons for holiday stay to everyone we know!

Villa Four Seasons
We have just spent two wonderful weeks here and it was the best holiday we have ever had as a family. The hospitality we experienced from the owners was above and beyond our expectations, they went out of their way to make our stay great, they even cooked for us one evening. The villa is in a great location for visiting lots of lovely places all within 30-60 mins drive, we visited Split, Krka, Omis, Imotski, and lots of lovely beaches.
There is a really nice local restaurant within 5 mins drive and also a Pizza and takeaway cafe. The shops are located near the restaurant too and provide all the essentials.
The villa is really well equipped and clean with everything you need if you want to self cater. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the amazing pool which is heated so not too cold. There is an outdoor grill and kitchen and also a speaker for music. The whole experience was so relaxing we sat on the roof terrace at night listening to the crickets and watching the stars. Perfect holiday with the perfect hosts!

Villa Four Seasons
We’ve rented luxury houses with swimming pools all over southern Europe, but Villa Four Seasons was one of the best. But it’s not only the beautiful, well equiped and comfortable house that is the decisive factor, it’s first and foremost the hospitality of the Sonjic family, of Dubravko, his son and his wife. The combination of those two factors have given us a wonderful week in Dalmatia! Me and my family would warmly recommend a stay in Villa Four Seasons to anybody. For sure, whenever we’ll return to beautiful Dalmatia, this will be our holiday address again!

Villa Four Seasons
We were staying at the house with a friend group of 6 and had an amazing time! The house is very clean and has outstanding facilities and equipment, ranging from a huge amount of towels to an electric juicer. Also the outside sitting, dining and pool area is amazing. On the last day of our stay, our friendly host and his family invited us for a local BBQ with homemade wine, which was a great ending of our vacation. We can totally recommend the villa and we‘ll definitely come back soon!

Villa Four Seasons
Dubravko and his family are amazing hosts. The level of attention and hospitality, we have never experienced beforehand. Dubravko and his son Philip came even by to cook for us.
The house is very clean, though air conditioning is available the house is very well isolated so we didn’t even need to turn it on. The kitchen is well equipped, both dishwasher and washing machine worked fine. All rooms have very spacious en-suite bathrooms and the rooms contain shutters to keep the heat out and remain dark.
There are plenty of towels and Dubravko also changes the beach towels. He comes around regularly to clean the pool.
The outside area is clean and lovely: the pool is spotless, the house includes an amazing fruit and veggie garden which we loved, everything tasted fantastic.
There is a bocce court and a badminton net including rackets.
We had a great time and would highly recommend this house and hosts.
